Sg Buloh home badly damaged in morning blaze


PETALING JAYA: A house was almost razed and a shop partially burnt in a fire at Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh here.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said a distress call was received at 9.50am on Wednesday (Dec 4).

"A team of 22 officers and personnel was dispatched to the scene.

"A house was 80% burnt while a coffee shop was 30% damaged," he said in a statement.

No one was hurt, he added.
