PETALING JAYA: Flash floods were reported in parts of Kuala Lumpur following a morning downpour on Tuesday (Oct 15).
Kuala Lumpur City Hall's (DBKL) Command and Control Centre said it had received reports on flash floods from many locations in the city and cautioned motorists to be careful on the road.
