1.Public sector
The public sector in Malaysia is defined as consisting Federal, state and local governments as well as statutory authorities and Non-Financial Public Enterprises (NFPEs).
This award category seeks to recognise the work of outstanding individuals and their teams from organisations in the public sector that have transformed their services, operations, functions or policies to be more citizen-centric, responsive and resource effective.
2.Private sector
The award seeks to recognise the work of outstanding individuals and their teams from organisations that demonstrate innovation and disruptive products that have business and societal impact. The winning entry must also demonstrate the use
of cutting edge technologies such as AI and data analytics.
3.Special category - Tech for Good Award
This award celebrates organisations that have demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility by leveraging digital technologies to address societal challenges, promote inclusivity and drive positive social impact, bringing together the best of technology and people to supercharge progress for businesses, communities and the planet.
