Over 34 million e-invoices received from taxpayers


Moving in the right direction: Good response shows that taxpayers supported and heeded the e-invoicing system, while LHDN assures it is always committed to ensuring the security of its customers’ data.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) has received more than 34 million e-invoices from taxpayers since the implementation of the system on Aug 1.

Jaffar Tukiran, who is LHDN Assistant Director of the E-Invoice Division, Tax Operations Department, said this is a positive development.
