GEORGE TOWN: After witnessing a harrowing accident where a man’s leg was nearly severed, Beh Kean Meng is well aware of the urgent need for immediate medical assistance.

For the past six years, Beh has been a familiar figure in town as he races to emergencies on his motorcycle.
