Aiming to empower audience

PETALING JAYA: A-EPIC is Asia’s first cross-border strategic alliance formed by Star Media Group from Malaysia, KG Media from Indonesia and Inquirer Group of Companies from the Philippines.

The three media organisations aim to drive the adoption of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles by delivering informative content that will inspire and empower audience.

Each participating country will be launching its respective local initiative, starting with the local ESG Positive Impact Awards for Malaysia, the Annual Impact Awards for the Philippines, and the Lestari Awards for Indonesia.

The deadline for submission of these awards are slated for May 2025.

Local winners from these events will then compete at the regional level, building momentum towards the prestigious inaugural Asia ESG Positive Impact Awards and culminating in a regional summit in 2025.

Additionally, the consortium will capitalise on its platforms to launch workshops, local summits, and editorial content to raise awareness, educate on ESG principles, knowledge-sharing and highlight success stories, further amplifying the consortium’s mission and activities.

Sime Darby Property Berhad is the Urban Biodiversity Partner for the consortium's initiatives.
