‘RM200 subsidy falls short of expenses’

GEORGE TOWN: While some have welcomed the diesel subsidy, many farmers say RM200 does not help them with their monthly expenditure.

Padi farmer Muhammad Harun, 47, said subsidies are always welcomed but he could spend up to RM800 a day on diesel when it is time to work the padi fields.
