ADAM Shamil, a content creator from Sabah, is making waves on social media.
He is currently in San Francisco, California in the United States, attending a meeting at the renowned Pixar Animation Studios for the upcoming animated film, Inside Out 2.
In a recent social media update, Adam shared his excitement – “Invited to Pixar Animation Studios. Is this my life?” he posted.
Adam, 30, described it as potentially the most thrilling and priceless experience of his life.
He is representing Malaysia as the only content creator at Pixar for the highly anticipated film by Disney and Pixar.
“Here are the things that happened. First, secured an interview session with both Kelsey Mann and Mark Nielsen, the director and producer who made Inside Out 2 a possibility,” he wrote.
“Second, an interview with Sherwyn Wong, a fellow Malaysian who works at Pixar as a Fix Animator. Third, experienced Pixar’s Virtual Camera Demonstration by artist Ryan Heuett.”
He also shared his mock voice recording for Pixar and witnessed the Character Design Exploration by Keiko Murayama, a lead character designer.

“I drew Anxiety, one of the new emotions for the film, and she (Murayama) approves of my drawing,” he stated gleefully.
Adam believes this opportunity proves that anyone’s dreams can come true with dedication and hard work.
As a representative from Malaysia, especially Sabah, he hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams despite any obstacles.
“This golden opportunity means the world to me. Travelling the world and interviewing Hollywood stars has been my dream since young,” said Adam.
Previously, he interviewed a star for Pacific Rim and was flown to Tokyo by Netflix for Rebel Moon.
Adam thanked Disney Malaysia, The Walt Disney Group, and everyone involved in making this opportunity possible.
“This is my third visit to the United States, but being invited to Pixar Animation Studios and doing all this cool stuff is simply beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you, God,” he added.
Released in 2015, Inside Out tells the story of a young girl named Riley, who struggles with her emotions after moving to a new city due to her father’s job. The film humorously portrays emotions like joy, fear, anger, disgust, and sadness.
Anxiety shows up in the sequel.
Netizens quickly congratulated Adam on social media, expressing their happiness, excitement, and pride.
As for Adam’s future content, only time will tell. Meanwhile, he is busy with his new dessert parlour, the Ice Dream Factory in Penampang.
Inside Out 2 is set for release in the United States this month.
