Dr Wee extends condolences to Nor Zamri’s family


PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong extended his condolences to the family of Sungai Bakap assemblyman Nor Zamri Latiff, who passed away on Friday (May 24) at the Seberang Jaya Hospital.

Wee said Nor Zamri's passing was a loss to the community, especially those in his constituency.

"His contributions and service to the people throughout his life will definitely be remembered always," he said in a post on Facebook.

Nor Zamri breathed his last at 1.38pm today following health complications caused by a gastrointestinal ailment.

The Pas politician had earlier undergone treatment at the hospital's intensive care unit.
