'Kill switch' in concerts will only be used as last resort, says Fahmi


KUALA LUMPUR: The "kill switch" function in concerts will only be employed in worst-case scenarios or as a last resort, says Fahmi Fadzil.

The Communications Minister said the mechanism was introduced to prevent violations of the country's laws from recurring or act as a deterrent.
