PUTRAJAYA: A company handling umrah packages and its director were charged in a Magistrate's Court here Thursday (March 7) with failing to comply with an award order issued by the Malaysian Consumer Claims Tribunal (TTPM) to pay claims amounting to RM60,929 to four victims in April, 2023.
Persada Oasis Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, represented by its director Mohd Firdaus Ahmad, 38, pleaded not guilty to the charge before Magistrate Irza Zulaikha Rohanuddin.
