MATTA announces exclusive platinum sponsorship with RHB Banking Group for MATTA Fair March 2024

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) announced its partnership with RHB Banking Group (RHB) as the exclusive platinum sponsor for the MATTA Fair happening from March 22-24 at MITEC here.

As part of this collaboration, RHB will offer enticing card promotions, travel-related deals, exclusive discounts, and special sign-up offers at the MATTA Fair.

Visitors can visit the RHB booths at Level 2 and Level 1 to find out more about the special promotions available.

As the 54th edition of the MATTA Fair it is the premier and biggest consumers travel and holidays fair in Malaysia, attracting an average 150,000 visitors in its previous Fair in 2023.

The MATTA is renowned as the “much awaited travel and holidays Fair” by the consumer, and is the “highly-in-demand” platform for industry stakeholders and players to showcase, market and sell their packages and offerings to the consumers.

MATTA anticipates that this year’s fair will further support and grow the travel and tourism industry, both domestically and internationally, as it recovers from the pandemic. The fair will offer a diverse range of travel and holiday products and services for consumers to explore and purchase as they plan for their upcoming holidays.

The MATTA Fair warmly welcomes everyone with free admission, from 10am to 9pm, over three consecutive days: Friday (March 22) to Sunday (March 24). To improve accessibility and mitigate potential traffic congestion, MATTA has collaborated with local authorities to manage traffic flow.

Additionally, MATTA is also offering free shuttle services at regular intervals from key locations KL Sentral and Sunway Putra Mall directly to and from MITEC. MATTA would like to encourage all visitors to use the free shuttle service.

At this MATTA Fair, MATTA, together with MITEC, is prioritising the convenience of Muslim visitors and exhibitors by offering dedicated F&B facilities and services for “buka puasa” at various locations throughout the venue, as well as dedicated prayer halls in Hall 5. Muslim visitors to the fair can rest assured that their needs are provided for during the month of Ramadhan.
