Female batik python Cik Kiah dies, keeper choked with sadness


BALIK PULAU: The female batik python "Cik Kiah" was found dead on Wednesday (Dec 27), some 20 years after her keeper Mohd Redzuan Abdullah Zawawi found her as a baby slithering across a road in Teluk Bahang.

Her doting owner Mohd Redzuan Abdullah Zawawi said he last checked on Cik Kiah in her special room at about 11 am and found the 20-year-old reptile lifeless. The exact cause of its death could not be yet ascertained.
