PETALING JAYA: The allegations of negligence through leaving a wire in the blood vessel of a patient during an operation at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR), Klang will be investigated thoroughly, says hospital director Dr Zulkarnain Mohd Rawi.

He said the alleged incident on Dec 7 has since gone viral on social media and is presently being investigated in detail by the hospital.

In a post that has since gone viral on social media, it has been alleged that a guide wire was left in a blood vessel leading to the heart following a procedure performed on a 53-year-old patient.
