MACC makes new arrest in Customs Dept contraband case


PETALING JAYA: An additional suspect has been arrested as graft busters continue their “Op Jaguar” investigation into a crime syndicate that sold Customs Department contraband.

"The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has recorded statements from individuals and has raided relevant premises and homes. The MACC has also arrested one more individual to assist investigations, making the total suspects arrested to date eight people,” it said.
