KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here Friday (July 7) to 16 charges of submitting false claims amounting to RM258,426 in the supply of cooking oil to the then Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry (now known as the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry) four years ago.
Teh Kok Hong, 34, made the plea before Judge Rozina Ayob.
