KOTA KINABALU: Marine police here scuttled a group of smugglers who were unloading boxes of contraband cigarettes from a boat in Sabah's east coast Tawau district.
The smugglers were taken by surprise in the 7pm incident on Tuesday (July 4) as the boat had just landed and they were busy unloading the vessel along a beach at Mile 4.
