IPOH: A 20-year-old foreigner has been arrested by the police for allegedly outraging the modesty of a woman at the Taman Perpaduan night market here.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Yahaya Hassan said the man was arrested on Tuesday (June 20) and is being remanded until Friday (June 23) to facilitate investigations under Section 354 of the Penal Code.
