The fair is a must-visit for anyone looking to buy or invest in property in Malaysia. Home buyers will be able to take advantage of the bumiputra discounts and incentives.

In addition, they enjoy stamp duty exemptions of 75% to 100% under the Malaysian Family home ownership initiative or i-Miliki, the incentive under Local Government Development Ministry’s (KPKT) Home Ownership Programme (HOPE).

For homes valued at RM500,000 and below, the stamp duty exemption will be 100%.

For properties worth RM500,001 to RM1mil, first-home buyers can enjoy a 75% stamp duty exemption.

The exemption for sales and purchase agreements, which began on June 1 last year, will end on Dec 31, 2023.

Home buyers facing challenges with financing options can also find out more about the Malaysian Housing Financing Initiative (i-Biaya) from KPKT and its strategic partners at the event.

The developers include Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, IJM Land, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, Gamuda Land and Sunsuria Bhd.

Home buyers can also find out loan information from the participating banks such as Bank Rakyat and BSN.
