Muhyiddin leaves KL court complex with rousing escort of supporters


KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin left the Kuala Lumpur court complex here on Friday (March 10) escorted by a group of Perikatan Nasional supporters.

The supporters were chanting "Hidup, hidup, lawan, lawan" as the Bersatu's president's vehicle pulled out of the court complex at about 11.50am.

The supporters were also reminded to show up at the Shah Alam courts on Monday (March 13) where Muhyiddin is expected to face one more charge of graft.

Those present also took the opportunity to thank the police for keeping the peace, chanting "Terima kasih, PDRM (Thanks, PDRM)", before dispersing.
