Do your job or be replaced, Melaka CM tells underperforming heads

MELAKA: Underperforming assemblymen and government department heads have been warned not to fall into a "gaji buta" (paid for doing nothing) rut, as they will be replaced if their work is lacklustre.

Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali told the monthly government gathering at Seri Negeri, Ayer Keroh here on Monday (Feb 13) that he was unhappy with the performance of some officials in serving the grassroots and carrying out their duties.
