KUALA LUMPUR: Some 2,000 Road Transport Department (JPJ) officers will be deployed at accident hotspots and other areas during the Chinese New Year period.JPJ deputy director-general (Planning/Operations) Aedy Fadly Ramli said the officers would conduct focused patrols.
“At the same time, some of our officers will go undercover to monitor the situation on buses. They will take appropriate action if any offences are committed by drivers.
