Penang myStarJob Fair 2022 kicks off to good start


GEORGE TOWN: The maiden myStarJob Fair 2022 held in Penang has kicked off to a good start as those looking for a new job or career path have options galore.

With the aim of connecting job seekers with the best career prospects for their qualifications, this fair offers great opportunities for all.

There are 11 companies representing a variety of industries and sectors ranging from automotive technology, fashion, professional services, financial, food and beverages specially curated for both employers and job seekers.

Along with meeting potential employers face-to-face, job seekers also have a chance to land on-site interviews and get employed immediately here.

Additionally, there will be a number of informative and thought-provoking career speeches from top business professionals with diverse subjects, including talent development and career advancement.

There will also be talk sessions with various exhibitors held throughout the two days.

Some of the notable exhibitors are Uniqlo (Malaysia), Bosch Malaysia, B. Braun Medical Industries, Fair Work, Toyota Penang-S&D Tama, OCBC Bank and Public Mutual.

At least 500 of those who pre-register stand a chance to walk away with vouchers from VIU, a premium video-on-demand services vendor.

The vouchers are worth three months of free access to the VIU Streaming Service, courtesy of VIU Streaming Media.

Visitors also stand a chance to win a mystery prize when they take part in the Register & Win contest, which will be held on both days of the event.

It will be held today (Dec 10) and tomorrow (Dec 11) from 11am to 7pm concurrently with Star Education Fair at Setia SPICE Convention Centre and admission to both events is free.

All visitors are advised to pre-register on the registration portal at https://bit.ly/MSJ22Penang to avoid the queue during the fair period.
