KUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Tenaga Malaysia (Uniten) electrical engineering expert Prof Dr M A Hannan has been recognised as the most influential scientist in the world by Clarivate Analytics, based on the Highly Cited Researchers 2022 report.
In a statement to Bernama yesterday, Uniten said the recognition was based on the publication of his significant research in the field of renewable energy engineering as well as being listed in the top 1% of citations in a period of 11 years from January 2011 to December 2021.
