PONTIAN: The move by three “rogue” Umno leaders to contest against Barisan Nasional after being dropped as candidates does not rattle the coalition’s focus on winning the general election, assures party secretary-general Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan.
He said this was because the rest of the Umno members, including other party seniors who had also been dropped, remained loyal to the party.
