Eight items in festival’s ceiling price scheme this year

KUALA LUMPUR: Eight items have been listed under the Deepavali 2022 maximum price scheme to assist those celebrating the festivity.

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry secretary-general Datuk Azman Mohd Yusof said the price scheme, which would take effect from Oct 20 to 26, included imported boned mutton, tomatoes, red chillies and coconuts (maximum price at wholesale level only).

Uh-oh! Daily quota reached.
