GEORGE TOWN: It was a pleasant surprise for some 500 non-Muslims who received roses and chocolates from the Islamic Propagation Society International (Ipsi) Malaysia in conjunction with Prophet Muhammad’s birthday celebration.

Among them was Tan Mei Mei, 60, who said it was a good opportunity for her to get to know about Prophet Muhammad.
