PETALING JAYA: The rights and interests of non-Muslims must be taken into account in any muzakarah (religious discussion of an issue), says Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
The Ruler, who is the National Council of Islamic Religious Affairs (MKI) chairman, said the teachings of Islam that call for mercy to all, including those of different faiths, should always be highlighted.
