KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has found Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor guilty of all three charges of corruption in the RM1.25bil solar hybrid trial.
Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan, in his brief decision, found Rosmah to be guilty of one count of soliciting RM187.5mil and two counts of accepting RM1.5mil and RM5mil, monies linked to the project in Sarawak.

He said he had conducted a maximum evaluation in the case and found Rosmah has failed to rebut the presumption under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act on the balance of probabilities for all three charges.

"The defence was a bare denial and unsubstantiated.
"The prosecution has succeeded in proving its case beyond reasonable doubt.
"The accused is therefore guilty of all three charges," he said here on Thursday.

Earlier, the judge gave his ruling on Rosmah's application to recuse him from presiding over the case.
The court had stood down for lunch time while the judge deliberated on the recusal application and proceedings was supposed to resume at 2.15pm.
However, the court session began at 2.40pm.
Upon emerging from his chambers then, Justice Zaini apologised to parties for taking his time.
"Sorry to have kept everyone waiting. I couldn't find someone to write my judgment so I had to write my own," he said to the laughter of the court room.
Justice Zaini said the two documents raised in the application were opinions by the research unit.
"They are not draft judgment prepared for me but they remain just that, opinion.
"They are not my grounds nor are they my decision.
"I hope the research judgment would forgive me for saying this but I have not read their opinion," he said.
The judge said he had always done his own work, no matter how laborious it is, and that he had written many jugdments
"Anyone can form their own opinion but what matters is my own," he added.
Justice Zaini said most people do not realise how difficult the judges roles could be.
"We are not here to be popular nor are we here to make popular decisions. We are here to dispense justice," he said.
Justice Zaini assured parties that he bore no prejudice towards Rosmah or anyone who appears before him in court.
If he was wrong in his ruling, he said the appellate court would correct his decision.
"The application is dismissed," he said.
