Cops calling for witnesses of Federal Highway crash


PETALING JAYA: Police are calling for witnesses of an early morning collision involving a car that went against the flow of traffic to come forward.

In the incident that took place at 2.08am on Monday (July 4), a 72-year-old man was killed at KM32.8 of the Federal Highway when he crashed his car into another car while going against the flow of traffic.

"Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the death. Those with information of the case are urged to contact traffic investigations officer Insp Navalan Ravindran at 014 253 6820," said Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid.
