PONTIAN: The palm oil industry is hurting badly from a severe lack of labour, but Datuk Seri Dr Wee Jeck Seng is hoping to ease the pain in the next two months.

The Deputy Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister said the government is well aware that the labour gap in the industry is affecting operators’ income.
