Melaka exco: 296 flood mitigation projects carried out at vulnerable areas

MELAKA: Some 296 mitigation projects are being carried out at flood-prone areas here and are expected to be fully completed by September, says a Melaka exco member.

State works, transport, public infrastructure and flood mitigation committee chairman Datuk Rahmad Mariman said these projects are focused on areas that are often hit by flash floods.
