PETALING JAYA: Hong Kong superstar Andy Lau has sent a special birthday message to prominent tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan, who will turn 70 on Wednesday (Feb 23).

In a short video, Lau sang the traditional “Happy Birthday" song to Tan.
