K'tan cops to use TMR for quicker emergency acting in the interior, along state borders

TUMPAT: Kelantan police will use five Transportable Mobile Radio (TMR) units for quicker action when dealing with emergencies in the interior and along state borders.

Kelantan police chief Datuk Shafien Mamat said the TMR will be used especially in areas without good telecommunications coverage for two-way radios (walkie-talkies).
