IPOH: She was disturbed by the visuals showing the aftermath of the floods in the Klang Valley and other states, so Thilaga Vengidesan knew she had to do something to help the victims.

The 32-year-old insurance agent, along with a group of friends and some of her clients, started a donation drive near the Ipoh Padang on Wednesday to collect necessities to be sent out to those affected.
