JOHOR BARU: A surprise visit by Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong to the Johor Road Transport Department (JPJ) headquarters here uncovered a host of unsatisfactory matters.

The Transport Minister said he was saddened to see people wasting their time in long queues that snaked around the JPJ building during his spot check at Taman Daya yesterday.
