MELAKA (Bernama): Independent candidates for the Melaka State Election seem to like books, or rather, the book symbol, which is the most popular choice among them.
There are a total of 22 Independent candidates contesting in 16 state constituencies and 10 of them are using the book as their symbol, key (five), tree (three) and the remaining four have opted to use the rabbit, tractor, tie and pen symbols, respectively.
