Hishammuddin: Malaysia, Indonesia committed to strengthen border control cooperation

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Malaysia and Indonesia have agreed to further enhance cooperation between the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) to strengthen security at the borders, particularly through combined posts.

Senior Defence Minister, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, said currently, the joint operation between MAF and TNI was at six combined posts, concentrated along the Sarawak-Kalimantan border.
