Covid-19: Malaysia reports 6,709 new cases, lowest daily figure since July 5, 2021

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 6,709 new Covid-19 infections on Monday (Oct 11), says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general also said that this brings the cumulative number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 2,346,303 since the pandemic began.

Based on the Health Ministry's Github data repository, this is the lowest daily figure reported since July 5, 2021, when 6,387 cases were reported.

In a tweet Monday, Dr Noor Hisham also said that detailed breakdown of daily cases in the country would be uploaded to the Health Ministry's CovidNow (please link this to: covidnow.moh.gov.my) website.
