EMCO in two localities in Pahang and Sabah from Sept 19-Oct 2

PUTRAJAYA: Two localities will be placed under the enhanced movement control order beginning Sunday (Sept 19).

The affected areas are Kampung Air in Beluran, Sabah and Kampung Sungai Padi in Lipis, Pahang.

According to the National Security Council (NSC) on Friday (Sept 17), the localities will be under lockdown until Oct 2.

The council also announced that the enhanced MCO placed on Taman Samudera in Manjung, Perak will be extended until Oct 2.

The order that was that was placed on Kampung Orang Asli Sungai Cincin in Batang Padang, Perak, and the area surrounding Pekan Padang Tengku in Lipis, Pahang will be lifted on Sept 18 as scheduled.
