Najib lodges report against LHDN over RM1.69bil in additional taxes


PETALING JAYA: Former premier Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has lodged a police report against the Director-General and officers of the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) for purportedly "over-taxing" him.

The Pekan MP lodged the report at the Sentul police headquarters on Wednesday (Sept 8) and he also alleged that the additional taxes that were charged against him amounted to about RM1.4bil following the 14th General Election.
