Police find badly decomposed body at Puncak Jati forest in Nilai

NILAI: Police have found a badly decomposed body at the Puncak Jati forest in Putra Nilai near here.

Nilai OCPD Supt Mohd Fazely Ab Rahman said the victim was believed to have died more than a week ago.

"Forensics and K9 teams were sent to the area after we received a report on Monday (Aug 2) night.

"We have yet to establish the victim's identity," he said in a Facebook post Tuesday (Aug 3).

He said the remains have been sent to the Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital for a post mortem.

Supt Mohd Fazley said those with information on the matter can contact Insp Mohd Nor Nikman Ahammed at 013-626 2145 or call the nearest police station.
