Dr Wee shares his first day in Parliament

PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has shared photos on the first day of the five-day special Dewan Rakyat sitting on Monday (July 26).

On Facebook, Dr Wee posted a picture of himself wearing a face mask attending the special Dewan Rakyat sitting.

“We are all ready to face any challenges,” he said on his Facebook page on Monday (July 26).

On Instagram, Dr Wee also said that he has a new sitting partner in Parliament.

He shared a short video clip of him being cheeky with Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.

In the video clip, Hishammuddin was seen closing the clear plastic barricades that divide their sitting in Dewan Rakyat.

“My new neighbour in parliament, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, closes the plastic barricades that prevent the transmission of Covid-19 during the Dewan Rakyat sitting,” he said.
