Govt ready to provide extra help to affected groups


KUALA LUMPUR: The government is reviewing all existing measures and is prepared to introduce additional assistance to help affected individuals and businesses weather the economic challenges in the coming months.

Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz (pic), who said this, added that the government was also taking into consideration economic sectors that would not be allowed to operate until the fourth phase, as outlined by the National Recovery Plan announced on Tuesday.
