PETALING JAYA: Nineteen cases have been recorded in the country involving variants of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19.
In a statement on Friday (June 4), Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said between May 24 and June 4, four cases of the Delta variant (B.1.617.2) and 15 cases of the Beta variant (B.1.351) were recorded in the country.
