IPOH: Police have arrested 10 teenagers in Kampung Gajah in Perak Tengah in connection to a video that had gone viral showing a 14-year-old boy being hit and bullied by a group.
Perak Tengah OCPD Supt Barudin Wariso said the suspects, aged between 13 and 18, were rounded up on April 27 at about 11.30pm to assist in investigations.
