Man nabbed with fake travel permission slips

KUALA LUMPUR: A man was arrested with fake police travel permission slips in his car after he was stopped by police.

Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Anuar Omar said that the man was arrested early Saturday (April 24) after police spotted him driving around and acting suspiciously in his car.

"The police team stopped the man at a petrol station along the Seremban-KL highway. When they checked his car they found 15 copies of what we believe to be fake conditional MCO travel forms.

"The forms had fake signatures and stamps attached," he said.

The man, 35, has been remanded for four days, he said.
