Some 3,000 students to sit for second session of SPM exams from Tuesday (April 6)


PETALING JAYA: Almost 3,000 candidates will sit for the second session of the SPM 2020 examinations after having missed the first session due to being tested positive for Covid-19 or having to undergo quarantine.

The second session of the SPM 2020 examinations will be held from Tuesday (April 6) until April 23 for these candidates, said the Education Ministry’s Examination Board.

“The second session of SPM 2020 will be held from April 6 to April 23 for candidates who could not sit for the exams from Feb 22 to March 25 due to having tested positive for Covid-19, or having to undergo quarantine as instructed by the Health Ministry.

“A total of 2,969 candidates will be sitting for the second

session of SPM 2020 at 197 examination centres nationwide,” said the board in a statement on Monday (April 5).

The examination schedule for the second session of SPM 2020 can be downloaded from the official portal of the Examination Board at http://lp.moe.gov.my/0.

It also reminded candidates to bring their IC and exam

registration slips to the examination centres as well as adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the ministry.
