Health Ministry: 1,576 new cases, two fatalities bring death toll to 1,225

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 1,576 Covid-19 cases on Friday (March 19), taking the country’s total confirmed infections to 330,042.

For the first time, Sarawak was the state with the highest number of new cases, with 407 new infections and Selangor was second with 348.
