Covid-19: 1,680 new cases, seven deaths bring total fatalities to 1,166

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 1,680 Covid-19 cases, on Saturday (March 6), bringing the cumulative total to 311,777.

In the same 24-hour period, there were seven fatalities, bringing the death toll to 1,166.

There were also 2,548 recoveries, which means 289,452 have recovered from the disease nationwide.

There are still 172 patients in intensive care units, with 84 requiring ventilation support.
